Belgravia Gardens represents a residential development comprising four luxury detached homes in one of the North East’s most sought after locations, Wynyard. The land was acquired by the Unite Group of Companies in 2021, with the development delivered in partnership with Camfero Homes through a structured Joint Venture arrangement.

The scheme is being delivered in partnership with Camfero Homes, with Unite providing full development funding structured around valuation milestones and programme delivery.

Development funding was made available to the developer Ashcourt Homes for the purpose of constructing a housing development comprising four residential properties in Belton, North Lincolnshire. Each plot features a fine main living room enjoying feature fireplaces and has its own spacious double garage with ample driveway space.
Developer: Camfero Ltd
This facility agreement represents a multi-site Joint Venture partnership structured to deliver a series of residential development projects under one funding arrangement. Unite has partnered with Camfero Homes Ltd through a dedicated SPV, providing fully committed capital and strategic delivery support across multiple schemes.
Client: Bankside Business Park
Unite provided a structured bridging facility to Bankside Business Park, supporting ongoing business activities and operational requirements across a portfolio of commercial properties. The loan was deployed rapidly, offering certainty of capital and allowing the business to leverage its assets efficiently without disruption to trading.
Client: Ashcourt Group
Unite provided a credit facility agreement to Ashcourt Group to support operational cashflow, development activity and wider investment requirements across the business. The facility offered flexible access to capital, allowing the client to draw down funds as required and repay within the agreed term, offering full control over working capital cycles.
