Belgravia Gardens, Wynyard

Belgravia Gardens represents a residential development comprising four luxury detached homes in one of the North East’s most sought after locations, Wynyard. The land was acquired by the Unite Group of Companies in 2021, with the development delivered in partnership with Camfero Homes through a structured Joint Venture arrangement.

The scheme has been wholly funded by Unite, with phased capital deployment supporting each stage of the build programme. This structure enables the development team to focus on design, delivery and programme execution, with full financial certainty from acquisition to completion. 

As a result, greater emphasis is placed on build quality, specification, and successful delivery, which can contribute to enhanced financial returns—supporting increased profitability and shared returns for both parties.
